Shipping<\/h2>\n

We ship throughout Italy and Europe. For domestic orders (Italy) exceeding 90\u20ac (excluding VAT) shipping will be free of charge.<\/p>\n

Orders are dispatched after 1-2 working days.<\/p>\n

Depending on the place of residence, the time required to receive the replaced product may vary, generally it takes 2 to 3 working days.<\/p>\n

If delivery, once given by the carrier, is unsuccessful, any storage costs will be charged to the customer.<\/p>\n

Returns and Refunds Policy<\/h2>\n

Overview<\/h3>\n

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n

In order to make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.<\/p>\n

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h3>\n

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n

If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee to receive the returned item.<\/p>\n
