Flour Maltata is your best ally for dough leavening like bread and pizza. Adding Malt to your dough you will have a gradual release of sugars useful to the yeasts for the leavening process. Increasing the recommended dosage may result in doughs that are too moist. Indicative dosage: 10g / kg on the weight of the flour.
