Freeze-dried from selected fresh strawberries, using the freeze-drying (or cryodrying) process, which removes water from an organic substance whilst causing the least possible deterioration to its structure and components. This means that it retains all the organoleptic characteristics typical of the fresh product.
Our Lio strawberry is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminium tin, with a green bioplastic bag made from sugar cane, which is 100% plastic-free.
