A marine flavour enhancer composed exclusively of the microalgae Tetraselmis chuii, cultivated in salt water and in a controlled environment, in accordance with the highest health and regulatory standards. It contains essential minerals such as iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium, as well as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and vitamins B12, C and E. Among its components is SOD (superoxide dismutase), the most powerful antioxidant enzyme known to date, responsible for neutralising the free radicals that damage our cells. Its highly nutritious and antioxidant composition pairs well with fish, seafood, rice, sauces, ice cream and much more.
