Egg white helps to stabilise dishes such as soufflés, flans and tartlets thanks to its natural ability to incorporate air into its molecular structure, which gives the dishes a light, fluffy texture in direct proportion to the whisking time. Furthermore, thanks to its powdered form, it helps in the creation of meringues using a liquid base such as fruit juices, smoothies or sauces. Furthermore, the product’s storage conditions have improved dramatically in terms of both space and shelf life.
Our Albume is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminium tin, with a green bioplastic bag made from sugar cane, which is 100% plastic-free.
