The plastic material has advantages on the lightness and on the lower risk of breakage but for us the environmental value is important and also the high quality of the product. When there are products based on essential oils, the plastic material is not recommended as some components of the oils may adhere to it, changing the aroma over time.

To better enjoy the quality of these products, we recommend using them on the prepared dish, possibly already served. It is not recommended to use them during cooking, as the aroma should soon be dispersed as essential oil vapor, excellent for perfuming the kitchen, but of little use for flavoring the dish.
