Essences in the kitchen, when in your dish you want the right aroma and you can’t have the fresh plant at hand.

Essences in the form, only a plant for seasoning, no prepared mixtures.

Essences in the composition, only sunflower seed oil flavored with essential oil of aromatic plants grown and distilled on the farm, all organic.

• Essences are born to flavor your dishes with minimum volume and maximum practicality and leave you free to dress them with the oil you prefer.
• Normally with just two shots of the dispenser you will have a well balanced dish, so with a minimum volume and only 3.4 Kcal.
• A bottle of Essences lets you flavor over 250 dishes and keeps its scent unchanged for a long time.

The “Essenze” condiments are ready for use in convenient 100 ml glass containers with dispenser, to make flavoring of your dishes easier. Why glass and not plastic?

The plastic material has advantages on the lightness and on the lower risk of breakage but for us the environmental value is important and also the high quality of the product. When there are products based on essential oils, the plastic material is not recommended as some components of the oils may adhere to it, changing the aroma over time.

To better enjoy the quality of these products, we recommend using them on the prepared dish, possibly already served. It is not recommended to use them during cooking, as the aroma should soon be dispersed as essential oil vapor, excellent for perfuming the kitchen, but of little use for flavoring the dish.
