This is a simple breadcrumb mix for fried foods: it is made from pea protein, which is rich in amino acids and easily digestible. It takes its name from the Japanese variety of the same name, although it has been completely reworked to enable gluten-free, healthy and natural frying. The pea protein ensures very low oil absorption, resulting in perfect crispiness.
