Gellan gum is a gelling agent of natural origin, derived from microbial metabolisms. Characterised by its great elasticity and heat resistance, it is used in many sweet and savoury food preparations such as noodles, macaroni and jelly ravioli that require extremely elastic and heat-resistant gels.
Our Gellano is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminium tin, with a green bio-plastic bag made from sugar cane, 100% plastic free.
Gelly is a line of gelling agents of natural origin that make it possible to create more or less consistent jellies depending on the product used.
Gellan gum (E418).
The product is free of chemicals, additives or preservatives, making it a pure and safe product for food use.
Allergen-free
It contains no traces of gluten, lactose, nuts or other common allergens, ensuring safety even for those with food intolerances.
Any addition of solid material (e.g. sugars) should only be done after hydration of the product. It is safe for food use and has no contraindications. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources.

Gelling agent
Mix first cold and then bring to the boil. Once cooled, leave to stand for at least 2 hours. Essential for obtaining incredibly elastic and heat-resistant gels.
Recommended dosage:
15 g/l.
