Tapioca maltodextrins are derived from broken-down tapioca molecules specifically designed to have a low density. They have a low sweetening power, contain no calories and are used as a bulking agent. When mixed with oil or fatty liquids in general, they transform into a workable powder that is ideal for creating edible ‘stones’ or sandy textures.
Our Sandrocks is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminium tin, with a green bioplastic bag made from sugar cane, 100% plastic-free.
