Our tempura flour is a blend of natural flours and starches for deep-frying. Compared to traditional tempura, it is even easier to use: to achieve incredibly light and crispy results, simply mix the batter with plain water. As there is no need to use a fizzy drink – which loses its carbon dioxide over time and with use – a top-quality result is guaranteed for every single batch. It is activated only when heated, on contact with boiling oil, making it easier to store in the fridge.

Our Tempura flour is sold in bags made from fully recycled and recyclable plastic.

HOW TO USE

Batter for deep-frying
Mix the product with the water using a whisk, then leave to rest for at least an hour.

DOSAGE

750 g per 1 litre of water.

Wheat and maize flour, maize starch, raising agents.

The product is free from chemicals, additives or preservatives, making it a pure and safe product for food use.

The product contains Gluten;
and therefore cannot guarantee it is safe for those with gluten-related food intolerances or allergies.

Ha anidride carbonica incorporata e non rende dunque necessaria l’aggiunta di acqua frizzante.
The product is safe for food use and has no contraindications. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources.
