Shipping

We ship throughout Italy and Europe. For domestic orders (Italy) exceeding 90€ (excluding VAT) shipping will be free of charge.

Orders are dispatched after 1-2 working days.

Depending on the place of residence, the time required to receive the replaced product may vary, generally it takes 2 to 3 working days.

If delivery, once given by the carrier, is unsuccessful, any storage costs will be charged to the customer.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

In order to make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

Articles on sale

Only normal priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Replace

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to replace the item with another of the same type, please send an e-mail to info@evoelements.com.

 

Return Shipment

To return the product, you must send an e-mail to info@evoelements.com.

Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive the replaced product may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee to receive the returned item.
