It consists in our own unique and exclusive blend of natural, plant-derived antioxidants that stabilise the colour and texture of ingredients such as fruit and vegetables. It is an innovative product with a dual function: preserving the colour of oxidation-sensitive raw materials and protecting the structure and texture of ingredients, both raw and cooked. It is ideal for maintaining the crispness and freshness of our vegetables even days after cutting them and for preserving their structure during cooking, such as in a cooked apple dessert.
Our Colorform is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminium tin, with a green bio-plastic bag made from sugar cane, 100% plastic free.
Line of acids and antioxidants commonly used in the kitchen to prevent food from browning or as preservatives and acidity correctors.
Calcium ascorbate (E302) and ascorbic acid (E300).
The product is free of chemicals, additives or preservatives, making it a pure and safe product for food use.

It contains no traces of gluten, lactose, nuts or other common allergens, ensuring safety even for those with food intolerances.
The product has an acidic, non-neutral taste; it is not recommended to exceed the recommended dosage and, in the case of immersion baths, it is recommended to rinse the treated ingredients. It is safe for food use and has no contraindications. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources.

Antioxidant
Dilute directly in water and soak the desired products in the solution for at least 2 minutes; protects both the colour and texture of the vegetables.
Variable quantity depending on the desired effect:
- antioxidant: 20 g/l
- strengthening agent: 40 g/l
