Soy lecithin is a valuable emulsifier, stabilizer and natural preservative with high nutritional value and easy digestibility. It allows you to incorporate air into your liquid preparations, creating airs with a thick, dense foam. It is also used as an emulsifier for vegan preparations and confectionery products and, for stability and functionality, in solutions that are too high in fat, too low in pH, or in alcoholic solutions where its foaming properties are inhibited.

Our Lecisoia is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminum tin with a green bio-plastic bag made from sugarcane, 100% plastic free.

Aero is a line of ingredients that helps incorporate air into preparations bringing new textures.

The product is free of chemicals, additives or preservatives, making it a pure and safe product for food use.

Warnings

The product loses its foaming functionality in the presence of excessively low pH or alcoholic solutions. The product is safe for food use and has no contraindications. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources.

Use

Emulsifier
Mix cold; its functionalities work best at ‘room temperature’. Ideal for creating thick foaming airs and often used as an emulsifier for vegan preparations.
