Low-fat yoghurt, selected and dehydrated using the ‘spray-dry’ system. Thanks to the instant drying process, it is able to maintain all the typical organoleptic characteristics of the fresh product. It is ideal when you want to give a hint or aroma of yoghurt to your preparations, but without wetting or moistening them.
Our Yogurt is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminium tin, with a green bio-plastic bag made from sugar cane, 100% plastic free.
Dry is a line of dehydrated powdered products that can be used on all dry preparations, giving pleasant ‘classic’ aromatic notes but with innovative textures and visual effects.

The product is free of chemicals, additives or preservatives, making it a pure and safe product for food use.
The product contains Milk (lactose); it cannot therefore guarantee safety for those with lactose intolerance or food allergies.
The product is highly sensitive to moisture: always make sure to close the package tightly. It is safe for food use and has no contraindications. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources.
