Our tempura flour is a mixture of natural flours and starches for frying. Compared to traditional tempura, its use has been made even easier, as you only need to mix the mixture with natural water to obtain incredibly light and crispy fries. By not having to use a fizzy liquid, which loses carbon dioxide with time and use, a top-notch result is guaranteed for every single fry. It is only activated when hot, in contact with boiling oil, making it easy to store in the refrigerator.

Wheat and maize flour, maize starch, raising agents.
The product is free of chemicals, additives or preservatives, making it a pure and safe product for food use.
The product contains Gluten; therefore, it cannot guarantee safety for those with Gluten intolerance or food allergies.
The product has carbon dioxide incorporated and therefore does not require the addition of sparkling water. It is safe for food use and has no contraindications. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources.

Batter for frying
Mix the product with water with the help of a whisk and then leave to stand for at least one hour.
Recommended dosage:
750 g per 1l of water.
