A salt mixture or liquid salt crust that can, thanks to a powerful and immediate motion-activated isothermal reaction, cook food such as fish products. By pouring the clear liquid of the preparation over the food in front of your customers, you will witness a stunning effect: due to the impact of the impact with the food, the liquid will initiate an isothermal reaction, crystallising and progressively increasing in temperature, effectively becoming a salt crust in its own right.

Allergen-free
The product contains no traces of gluten, lactose, nuts or other common allergens, guaranteeing safety even for those with food intolerances. However, it is recommended to avoid in people who are intolerant or particularly sensitive to vinegar.
The product reaches temperatures in excess of 110°C during its exothermic reaction; always wear a mask and protective gloves. It is safe for food use and has no contraindications. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources.

Crystallisation
The exothermic reaction can be achieved hot or cold; detailed instructions for both methods can be found on the label. Once the mixture is ready, carefully pour it over the affected foodstuff to watch the liquid crystallise.
