Agar agar is a completely natural gelatine derived from certain types of red seaweed; it has no calorific impact and is minimally absorbed by the body. It makes it possible to create firm (non-elastic), glossy, heat-resistant and thermo-reversible jellies; the gelled product can therefore be dissolved several times and then firmed up again. Thanks to its heat resistance, the resulting jellies can create innovative accompaniments for all kinds of dishes.
Our Agar2 is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminium tin, with a green bio-plastic bag made from sugar cane, 100% plastic free.
Gelly is a line of gelling agents of natural origin that allow you to create more or less consistent jellies depending on the product used.

The product is free of chemicals, additives or preservatives, making it a pure and safe product for food use.
Allergen-free
It contains no traces of gluten, lactose, nuts or other common allergens, ensuring safety even for those with food intolerances.
The product may be impaired or its functions slowed down in the presence of tannic acid or when heated for long periods with pH between 5.5 and 8 (water and dairy products). It is safe for food use and has no contraindications. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources.
