Stabilizer for ice creams and sorbets entirely dedicated to all those preparations made with the traditional ice cream maker, based on fiber and flours of vegetable origin. By allowing preparations to incorporate more air, it improves their creaminess and flavor consistency. It also helps preserve the texture of ice creams at low temperatures, protecting against hot-cold changes and helping to prevent and delay the formation of ice crystals during storage.

Gelato is a line of unique products created to add volume and stability to ice creams, mousses, creams and sorbets, sweet or savory.
Glucose syrup, emulsifiers (E472e, E471), dietary vegetable fibre, milk protein, lemon fibre, locust bean gum (E410).
The product is free of chemicals, additives or preservatives, making it a pure and safe product for food use.
The product contains Milk (lactose); it cannot therefore guarantee safety for those with lactose intolerance or food allergies.
