Pacofix sorbet is the first stabiliser for sorbets, designed exclusively for sorbets made using the Pacojet. It helps to make sorbets light and airy and, above all, stable at low temperatures, by promoting the formation of small crystals and increasing its heat resistance. These characteristics make it a highly versatile product, making it easy to use in hot dishes or in hot-and-cold combinations.

Our Pacofix sorbet/b> is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminium tin, with a green bioplastic bag made from sugar cane, 100% plastic-free.

HOW TO USE

Stabiliser for sorbets
Mix with the sorbet base whilst cold, then bring to the boil.

DOSAGE

Recommended dose: 10 g/l for Pacojet container.

Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), carob seed flour (E410), methylcellulose (E461), carrageenan (E407), pectin (E440), sugars.

The product is free from chemicals, additives or preservatives, making it a pure and safe product for food use.

Allergen-free
It contains no traces of gluten, lactose, nuts or other common allergens, ensuring it is safe even for those with food intolerances.

The product is safe for food use and has no contraindications. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources.
