Pacofix ice cream is the first ice cream stabilizer designed exclusively for ice creams made at Pacojet. It helps make ice creams puffy and stable at low temperatures by promoting the formation of small crystals and increasing its resistance to heat, making the products very versatile and facilitating their application in hot dishes or hot/cold combinations.
Our Pacofix ice-cream is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminum tin, with a green bio-plastic bag made from sugar cane, 100% plastic free.
Gelato is a unique product line created to add volume and stability to ice cream, mousse, creams and sorbets, sweet or savory.
Glucose syrup, emulsifiers (E472a, E471b), vegetable oil, milk protein, carruna seed flour (E410).
The product is free of chemicals, additives or preservatives, making it a pure and safe product for food use.
The product contains Milk (lactose); it cannot therefore guarantee safety for those with lactose intolerance or food allergies.
The product is safe for food use and has no contraindications. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources.

Stabiliser for ice cream
Mix with cold ice cream base and then bring to the boil.
Recommended dosage:
20 g/l per Pacojet glass.
