These are crackling sweets made from top-quality sugar, crystallised and carbonated using a vacuum crystallisation process with the addition of carbon dioxide, then coated in chocolate to prevent them from cracking until they are eaten, providing a crackling sensation in the mouth. An ingredient that can add a new dimension to desserts, cakes and sweet treats, and is ideal for decorating and flavouring cakes, mousses, ice cream, sorbets, jellies, cupcakes, pastries, desserts and cocktails – or simply to be enjoyed on their own as a dessert.

Our Cioko crackle is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminium tin, with a green bioplastic bag made from sugar cane, 100% plastic-free.

DOSAGE

Quantity varies; we recommend using as required or according to the recipe you are following.

The product contains no chemicals, additives or preservatives, making it a pure and safe product for food use.

The product contains Milk (lactose);

it cannot therefore guarantee safety for those with lactose intolerance or food allergies related to lactose.

It must not be moistened before use, as water and moisture trigger effervescence.
The product is safe for food use and has no contraindications. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sources of heat.
