Natural sourdough starter powder derived from sourdough. Added to doughs, it will bring the classic acidity, aromas and crispness typically associated with a dough made with natural sourdough. It requires a fairly long rising time (24 to 36 hours), but should it be necessary to accelerate the time, we recommend using it in combination with brewer’s yeast or biga. The dough should be regenerated a minimum of every two days, up to a maximum of twice a day.
Our Sourdough is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminum tin, with a green bio-plastic bag made from sugarcane, 100% plastic free.
