A mixture of salts or a liquid salt crust which, thanks to a powerful and immediate isothermal reaction triggered by movement, is capable of cooking food such as fish. By pouring the clear liquid from the preparation over the food in front of your customers, you will witness a stunning effect: upon impact with the food, the liquid triggers an exothermic reaction, crystallising and gradually increasing in temperature, effectively becoming a salt crust in every sense.

Our Crostasale is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminium tin, with a green bioplastic bag made from sugar cane, 100% plastic-free.

HOW TO USE

Crystallisation
The exothermic reaction can be carried out either hot or cold; detailed instructions for both methods are provided on the label. Once the mixture is ready, pour it carefully over the food in question to allow the liquid to crystallise.

DOSAGE

Variable quantity; mix with water in a 1:1 ratio.

Sodium acetate (E626), sodium chloride.

The product contains no chemicals, additives or preservatives, making it a pure and safe product for food use.

Allergen-free
The product contains no traces of gluten, lactose, nuts or other common allergens, ensuring it is safe even for those with food intolerances. However, it is advisable for people who are intolerant or particularly sensitive to vinegar to avoid it.

During its exothermic reaction, the product reaches temperatures in excess of 110°C; it is recommended that you always wear a face mask and protective gloves. It is safe for food use and has no contraindications. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sources of heat.
