Multi-purpose pectin is a pectin-based gelling agent designed to be easier to use. It can be used in many ways in pastry-making (in restaurants or professional kitchens) to produce firm, glossy gels with a pleasant texture, and is particularly suitable for preparations such as glazes, soft jellies, coulis and even fruit jellies.

Our Pectina multiuso/b> is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminium tin, with a green bioplastic bag made from sugar cane, 100% plastic-free.

HOW TO USE

Gelling agent
Mix with a certain percentage of sugar whilst cold, then stir into water quickly to prevent lumps, or mix directly into the mixture using a hand blender or food processor.

DOSAGE

For jelly made with pure water= 50 g/l;

For glaze made with pure water= 30 g/l.

Pectin (E440), dextrose, disodium diphosphate (E450i), tricalcium phosphate (E341iii).

The product is free from chemicals, additives or preservatives, making it a pure and safe product for food use.

Allergen-free
It contains no traces of gluten, lactose, nuts or other common allergens, ensuring it is safe even for those with food intolerances.

The product is safe for food use and has no contraindications. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources.
