Aiuta a rendere i gelati gonfi e stabili a basse temperature, grazie al favorimento della formazione di piccoli cristalli e all’aumento della sua resistenza al calore, rendendo i prodotti molto versatili e facilitando l’applicazione degli stessi in piatti caldi o in abbinamento caldo/freddo.
Our Pacofix ice cream is sold in a recycled and recyclable aluminium tin, with a green bioplastic bag made from sugar cane, 100% plastic-free.

Mix into the ice cream base whilst cold, then bring to the boil.
Recommended dose: 20 g/l for Pacojet container.
Glucose syrup, emulsifiers (E472a, E471b), vegetable oil, milk protein, carob seed flour (E410).
The product is free from chemicals, additives or preservatives, making it a pure and safe product for food use.
The product contains Milk (lactose);
it cannot therefore guarantee safety for those with lactose intolerance or food allergies related to lactose.
The product is safe for food use and has no contraindications. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources.
