Peppers Sauce

Xanthan is a versatile thickener that can also be used as a stabiliser, emulsifier and foaming agent. Thanks to its special purity, it can thicken without affecting the colour or taste of the raw material.

Ingredients

  • Peppers
  • Xantano Evo Elements 2/4 gr per liter
  • Salt

Process

  1. Bake the peppers in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
  2. After peeling and hulling, blend with salt and 2g of xanthan per 500g of hot product.
